We are pleased to announce that Kerry McGuinn Jr. obtained a final summary judgment in favor of his client R & B1, LLC, Rhythm and Blues Entertainment LLC d/b/a Tijuana Flats. The case at issue, which was pending in the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit Court in Seminole County Florida, involved claims where the Plaintiff sued Tijuana Flats for an injury sustained from falling off a ladder while painting a mural. Final summary judgment was granted in favor of R & B1, LLC, Rhythm and Blues Entertainment LLC d/b/a Tijuana Flats.
