A Win in Federal Court for John Guyton
John Guyton wins in Federal Court during a half day injunction hearing in front of Magistrate Sansone.
With the assist from Associate Attorney Angelica Melecio Piñeiro who did outstanding research on the Fair Housing Act Count, Magistrate Sansone issued two (2) Reports and Recommendations – one denying Plaintiff’s request for injunction, but also dismissing the Fair Housing Act Count, and finally dismissing the remaining state law counts.
