Greg Jones obtained a favorable judgment for his client in a trucking accident case, following a 4 day jury trial. The truck driver denied he was at fault for the crash and instead blamed a phantom vehicle that left the scene. The jury rejected that defense. Final Judgement

John Guyton prevailed in an insurance coverage dispute for his Client Auto Owners Insurance Company. There was a 2 day bench trial followed by an appeal. Final Judgment

John Guyton’s client was exonerated from a negligence claim following a 3 day jury trial. Final Judgement
John Guyton tried a case for his clients where his clients had been sued under a theory of adverse possession. The case had been appealed once, and then John tried the remaining issue before a Judge, who ruled in his clients favor. The case was appealed and affirmed by the Fifth DCA. Final Judgement
John Guyton, III on behalf of the firm’s client, Pamela Lafoe, obtained a $2.5 million judgment against a Wakulla County resident who tragically injured Ms. Lafoe in an automobile to motorcycle crash. Final Judgment
