John Guyton’s client was exonerated from a negligence claim following a 3 day jury trial.
John Guyton tried a case for his clients where his clients had been sued under a theory of adverse possession. The case had been appealed once, and then John tried the remaining issue before a Judge, who ruled in his clients favor. The case was appealed and affirmed by the Fifth DCA.
John Guyton, III on behalf of the firm’s client, Pamela Lafoe, obtained a $2.5 million judgment against a Wakulla County resident who tragically injured Ms. Lafoe in an automobile to motorcycle crash.
Greg Jones and Jonathan Zaifert’s client was vindicated for allegedly maintaining a dangerous ingress/egress at its store.
Mike Rywant’s client was vindicated following a jury trial involving allegations of wrongful death in an automobile accident.
John Guyton is recertified as a specialist, by the Florida Bar, in Civil Trial Law.
