Construction Defect Arbitration Win

Jonathan Zaifert and Garrett Brown recently obtained a favorable result in a six week construction defect arbitration. Our office represented a framing subcontractor who was sued, along with others, by a national home builder, alleging defective constructive work. Ultimately, a panel of three arbitrators ruled in our client’s favor and awarded our client the costs it incurred in defending the action.
